At WatchCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn watch within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box and protective packaging to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
